Job Description :

As the Sales Support specialist you will work closely with management to generate sales and provide excellent support to customers and the business. You will be responsible for the timely execution of services to meet client expectations. The main aim is to generate leads/new clients and retain the existing ones with outstanding customer service.

  • Selling of computer hardware, software & networking products and also different services under Go Click On umbrella like digital marketing, designing, apps development, web development, etc.
  • Assist or provide support to clients with basic IT Support..
  • Meeting the clients and getting to know their organisation and potential requirement to look after them as an Account Manager.
  • Planning and prioritising sales support activities towards achieving agreed business aims, whilst managing your time and productivity.
  • Educate clients on products and services and assist them to choose the right products and solutions.
  • Replying to, and following up on all leads that are received on a daily basis in a timely manner either by email or phone.
  • Lead & appointment generating via cold calling, telemarketing, references, site-visits, etc.
  • Creating digital advertising videos on social media marketing.
  • Know how to maintain social media presence through branding.
  • Developing comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Create a strategic plan and to take full responsibility to execute this plan.
  • Ensuring efficient quotation and order facilitation, accurate maintenance of back-orders and managing business relationships.
  • Providing sales personnel and customers with reports at agreed times.
  • Does include travelling (Company will provide car to visit clients’ offices – Australian driving licence required)

Position: IT Desktop & Network Support Officer.

Experience : 3+ years

Contract: Full Time

Timings: 10.00am- 06.00pm

About The Role :

IT Support specialist will monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organisation and our clients. You will be installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical and applications problems, either onsite or remotely.
In this role as technical support you’ll cover one or more areas of expertise, depending on the size of the organisation.
Organisations increasingly rely on computer systems in all areas of their operations and decision-making processes. It’s therefore crucial to ensure the correct running and maintenance of IT systems.
The work is as much about understanding how information systems are used as applying technical knowledge related to computer hardware or software.

Job Description :

  • Network inventory document preparation and maintaining processes, recording and resolution of any network issues, improving and modifications to network and its maintenance.
  • Analysing, developing, interpreting and evaluating complex system specifications, data models and diagrams in the development configuration and integration of computer systems.
  • Regular monitoring of network traffic, capacity and usage to ensure continued integrity and best network performance.
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware either onsite or remotely.
  • Logging customer/employee queries- support portal.
  • Respond to email messages for customer seeking help.
  • Ask questions to determine the nature of problem.
  • Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Resolve technical problems and local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN) and other systems.
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
  • Clean – up system.
  • Install computer peripherals for users.
  • Follow-up with customers about system usage.
  • – Ordering and procurement of IT equipment and services as well as maintaining asset registers.
  • Knowledge and experience using windows desktop operating systems including Windows 7 & 10.
  • Knowledge and experience of Windows 2008, 2012, 2016 & 2019.
  • Experience in managing active directory users and exchange/office 365 mailboxes.
  • Printer deployment and troubleshooting.
